About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Recruiter to lead end-to-end hiring initiatives and build a strong talent pipeline. You will be responsible for driving recruitment strategies, partnering with business leaders, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire recruitment cycle — from understanding requirements to onboarding.
  • Source and attract top talent through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and networking.
  • Conduct screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates for both IT & Non-IT profiles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.
  • Drive bulk, technical, and niche hiring as per organizational needs.
  • Hands on experience in leading and managing the recruitment team.
  • Mentor junior recruiters and support continuous improvement in hiring processes.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4–8 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (preferably in IT / corporate roles).
  • Proven track record in sourcing senior and mid-level talent.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS tools, job portals, and social media recruiting.
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles and tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
