Job Title: Senior HR Recruiter

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Senior HR Recruiter with proven experience in team management, domestic hiring, and handling both IT & Non-IT recruitment. The ideal candidate must have hands-on expertise in job portals, market mapping, stakeholder coordination, and the ability to drive end-to-end hiring cycles efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of recruiters, ensuring performance, training, and target achievement.

Handle the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and closing candidates.

Manage domestic hiring across multiple functions — IT & Non-IT.

Drive volume hiring, niche hiring, and project-based hiring as per business needs.

Utilize major job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and other sourcing tools effectively.

Build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and market research.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring strategies.

Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Maintain and analyze recruitment metrics, dashboards, and weekly reports.

Stay updated with hiring trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 4–7 years of recruitment experience with at least 1–2 years in team management.

Strong experience in Domestic Hiring, including both IT and Non-IT mandates.

Proven expertise in using job portals, ATS tools, MS Office, and other digital platforms.

Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to new tools and hiring technologies.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Experience in planning and driving hiring strategies to meet business targets.

Preferred:

Experience in agency/consultancy hiring.

Exposure to bulk hiring or niche technical recruitment.
