A. Manpower Planning & Requisition Management

 Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.

 Track open positions and maintain recruitment dashboards.

 Ensure alignment with approved workforce budgets.

B. Sourcing & Screening

 Source candidates through job portals, social media, consultants, and campus drives.

 Screen resumes for role fitment (technical, functional, and cultural).

 Conduct initial telephonic/video screening interviews.

C. Interview Coordination

 Schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders.

 Communicate feedback to candidates and hiring managers.

 Coordinate pre-employment medical tests, background checks, and documentation.

D. Offer Management & Joining

 Prepare and release offer letters in coordination with HR Manager.

 Negotiate CTC components within approved budgets.

 Ensure timely joining and proper documentation (ID proof, address, education, Aadhar, PAN, etc.).

E. Onboarding & Induction Support

 Ensure smooth handover to onboarding/HR operations.

 Support induction planning and orientation for new joinees.

 Coordinate initial training calendar attendance (GMP, EHS, SOPs).

F. Recruitment Compliance & Documentation

 Maintain recruitment tracker with candidate stage updates.

 Ensure proper filing of resumes, interview sheets, and offer letters.

 Maintain MIS and dashboards for audit and management review.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹21,038.25 - ₹30,644.29 per month
