Senior HR Recruiter (Construction Industry)

We are urgently seeking an experienced HR Recruiter with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction field in Dubai.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of proven HR recruiting experience in the construction industry in Dubai
• Ability to source and mobilize labor from both within the UAE and abroad
• Strong understanding of labor camp and site-related HR issues – able to manage and resolve conflicts
• Proficient in working on:
• TRAKHEES
• DDA (Dubai Development Authority)
• DM
• MOHRE and Immigration systems
• Fluent in English and Urdu (spoken and written)
• Strong personality with excellent leadership and communication skills
