- What you'll be doing:
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets and maintain recruitment quality.
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle from manpower planning, sourcing, screening, and interviews to offer management and on boarding Partner with department heads to understand business requirements and create effective hiring strategies.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with external partners, consultants, and recruitment platforms.
- Build and maintain long term associations with colleges and universities for campus hiring and engagement programs.
- Implement recruitment analytics and dashboards to track performance, turnaround time, and quality of hires.
- Drive process improvements in candidate experience, employer branding, and sourcing efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, DEI principles , and compliance in all recruitment activities.
- Key Skills & Competencies
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 3 4 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition, with exposure to leadership or team handling roles.
- Strong understanding of modern sourcing techniques and employer branding strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in managing campus recruitment programs preferred.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track metrics and drive data driven hiring decisions.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
