1. Recruitment & Staffing

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment (posting, screening, interviewing).
  • Coordinate with department heads for manpower needs.
  • Maintain candidate databases and hiring metrics.

2. Onboarding & Induction

  • Prepare offer letters and employment documents.
  • Conduct employee orientation and onboarding programs.
  • Facilitate smooth integration of new hires.

3. Employee Relations

  • Address employee queries and concerns.
  • Assist in employee engagement and retention programs.
  • Support conflict resolution in alignment with HR policies.

4. Attendance, Leave & Payroll Support

  • Maintain attendance and leave records.
  • Coordinate monthly payroll inputs.
  • Ensure timely submission of payroll data.

5. Performance Management

  • Support performance appraisal cycles.
  • Maintain appraisal documentation.
  • Assist in implementing performance improvement plans.

6. HR Compliance & Policy Administration

  • Maintain employee records as per legal and company standards.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.).
  • Assist in drafting and updating HR policies.

7. HR Administration

  • Maintain HRMS/HRIS systems.
  • Manage employee files and HR documentation.
  • Assist with HR reports and analytics.

8. Planning & Organizing Work

  • Assign tasks based on skills and workload.
  • Create schedules and ensure adequate staffing.
  • Prioritize work to meet deadlines and organizational goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Human resources management: 3 years (Required)
  • Performance management: 3 years (Required)
  • HR Policy: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Documentation: 3 years (Preferred)
