Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and people-centric Senior Human Resource Executive to lead and manage end-to-end HR operations while partnering closely with business leaders. This role will oversee recruitment, employee lifecycle management, HR operations, compliance, and employee engagement, ensuring alignment with company goals and a high-performance culture.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Management
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for junior, mid-level, and critical positions
- Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring plans
- Drive sourcing strategies, screening, interviewing, and final selection processes
- Oversee onboarding and induction programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires
- Monitor recruitment metrics and improve hiring efficiency and quality
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Manage complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit
- Oversee attendance, leave management, confirmations, transfers, and separations
- Coordinate payroll processing, incentives, and reimbursements with accuracy
- Handle employee exits, resignations, and full & final settlements
- Ensure maintenance of accurate employee records and HR databases
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and conflict resolution
- Promote a positive work culture and support employee engagement initiatives
- Drive internal communication and employee connect programs
- Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and disciplinary procedures
- Provide guidance to managers on people management and employee relations
Policy, Compliance & Documentation
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies, SOPs, and processes
- Ensure statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, labor laws, and audits
- Coordinate with external consultants and government authorities when required
- Maintain HR documentation, statutory registers, and compliance reports
Performance Management & Reporting
- Lead and manage performance appraisal cycles and feedback processes
- Support managers in goal setting, reviews, and development plans
- Prepare and analyze HR MIS reports, dashboards, and manpower data
- Track attrition, productivity, and engagement metrics to support decision-making
HR Strategy & Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and employee experience
- Support leadership in HR initiatives aligned with business growth
- Mentor junior HR team members and provide functional guidance
Requirements
- Graduate/Post Graduate in Human Resources or related field (MBA HR preferred)
- 3–5 years of proven experience in HR operations or a generalist HR role
- Strong understanding of end-to-end HR lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and exits
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English & Hindi
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and HRMS tools with strong reporting and MIS skills
- Sound knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.), and HR policies
- Ability to handle employee relations, grievances, and sensitive matters professionally
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
