Boeing’s Human Resources team is currently seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Global, Supply Chain, and Systems Engineering (GSC&SE) organization, in Arlington, VA. This position provides direct HRBP support to our Functional Chief Engineering offices across the Enterprise. These 13 teams are relatively small but have responsibility across the Enterprise leveraging Systems Engineering to drive engineering excellence.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range: $103,700 - $163,750
