Senior Human Resources Generalist

Cairo, Egypt

Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and best practices

Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations and conflict resolution

Support organizational development initiatives, including training, succession planning, and employee engagement

Maintain and update HRIS systems and ensure accurate employee records

Monitor compliance with labor laws and handle audits or inspections as needed

Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning

Manage compensation and benefits administration in coordination with finance


  • Job Requirements
  • 5years of experience as "Senior HR Generalist
  • - Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • - Proven experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • - Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • - Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
