Job Description
Position Summary
The Senior HR Generalist will oversee day-to-day HR functions, acting as a trusted partner to management and employees. This role covers the full HR cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training, and policy implementation, while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
1- Hiring & Onboarding

Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening, interviewing, offers).

Coordinate smooth onboarding and orientation for new hires.

Partner with hiring managers to forecast and meet manpower needs.
2- Employee Relations

Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.

Promote a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment.

Support conflict resolution and disciplinary actions in line with company policies.
3-HR Operations & Administration

Maintain and update HR records, HRIS, and employee files.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, social insurance, and internal policies.

Manage employee offboarding and exit interviews.
4- Performance & Development

Support annual performance review and appraisal cycles.

Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.

Provide guidance to managers on career development and succession planning.
5- Compensation & Benefits
-
Administer payroll inputs, leave balances, and attendance.

Coordinate medical insurance, benefits enrollment, and renewals.

Support compensation bench-marking and salary reviews.
6- HR Projects & Culture

Lead or support HR initiatives (employee engagement, culture building, HR automation).

Assist in creating and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Actively contribute to improving HR processes and employee experience.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

4–6 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a generalist capacity.

Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.

Experience with HR systems (HRIS, ATS, payroll software).

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
