About the Role : Responsible for providing Human Resources (HR) Services support across multiple HR functions in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and globally. Manage a wide range of HR functions and act as a liaison between employees and management. Oversee payroll, performance appraisals, and build the HR department. Consult with team members on benefits administration and programs, maintain team member files and records, provide operational support for onboarding, offboarding, and transfers, and assist with vendor program administration and manage vendors’ service level performance.



Responsibilities :



  • Personnel : Managing daily office operations and administrative tasks efficiently, maintaining accurate employee records and handling confidential information, supporting HR functions, including onboarding, ticketing system, and offboarding, and facilitating effective communication between departments and staff.
  • Employee Relations : Managing employee concerns, resolving workplace conflicts, conducting investigations, and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Performance Management : Developing and implementing performance management processes, providing support and coaching to managers on performance-related issues, and conducting performance appraisals.
  • Compensation & Benefits : Administering benefits packages (e.g., health insurance plans and social insurance), manage payroll in 3 currencies with 3 different systems, and ensuring employees understand their compensation and benefits.
  • Compliance & Policy : Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations (e.g., Egyptian Labor Law, social insurance), developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, and keeping up-to-date with changes in employment legislation.
  • HRIS Management : Maintaining and utilizing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) for accurate data management and reporting.


Qualifications :



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
