Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead our human capital strategy and nurture an engaging, high-performing workplace. You will be instrumental in building a robust HR framework that aligns with our values and ambitious growth plans.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a full-cycle HR strategy workforce planning, onboarding/induction, development programs, performance management, and retention initiatives.
  • Cultivate a positive, inclusive culture rooted in trust, transparency, and collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations; update internal policies accordingly.
  • Lead performance review processes and deliver leadership coaching.
  • Create and run employee engagement initiatives training, workshops, recognition programs.
  • Analyze HR metrics and feedback to drive data-informed improvement.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and uphold high organizational morale.
  • Guide HR operations including compensation, benefits, visa/work permits, and HRIS.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align People strategies with business goals.


Your Profile

  • 10+ years in HR, including at least 4 years in a senior or managerial role in the UAE, ideally within real estate, brokerage, or professional services.
  • Deep understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience in shaping HR policies, operational excellence, and HR analytics.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) are a plus.
  • Technologically adept with experience in HRIS, and standard productivity tools.
  • English required; proficiency in other languages (especially European or regional languages) is valued and aligns with Richmond's multicultural team.
