Senior Human Resources Manager

We are a fast-growing F&B group with 7 branches and 300+ employees in Dubai, looking for a Senior HR Manager to lead our people strategy and operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead HR strategy across 7 branches and 300+ staff.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
• Ensure payroll, WPS, visa, and labor law compliance.
• Drive employee engagement, training, and retention programs.
• Partner with leadership on performance management and succession planning.

What We’re Looking For:

• 8–10 years HR experience (5+ in leadership), ideally in F&B, hospitality, or retail.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, WPS, and HR compliance.
• Experience managing multi-branch teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
