  • Purpose of the Role


To oversee and enhance HR operations while driving a positive people experience across the employee lifecycle. Responsible for ensuring efficient HR processes, seamless service delivery, and high-quality employee interactions that support engagement, satisfaction, and organizational culture.


  • Key Activities

HR Operations Management

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations including employee records, contracts, and HR system updates. Ensure accuracy and compliance in all HR documentation and transactions. Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee movement processes. Monitor HR service delivery and ensure SLAs are met. Coordinate with payroll and relevant teams for accurate employee data.

People Experience & Engagement

• Lead initiatives to enhance employee experience from pre-boarding to exit. Conduct onboarding sessions and provide continuous support during the first 90 days. Deliver engagement activities, recognition programs, and well-being initiatives. Gather employee feedback and recommend improvements to culture and work environment. Manage employee relations inquiries and support resolution.

HR Analytics & Reporting

• Prepare HR reports covering headcount, movements, turnover, leaves, and trends. Analyze workforce data to identify insights and improvement opportunities. Support management with dashboards and performance indicators.

Cross-Functional Support

• Collaborate with recruitment, L&D, payroll, and other HR streams to ensure an integrated employee experience. Provide guidance and HR support to managers and employees on operational matters. Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.


  • Qualifications / Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Services, or People Experience roles.

• Experience in employee engagement, onboarding, and culture initiatives.

• Understanding of Saudi labor law and HR compliance requirements.

• Experience in HR reporting and analytics is preferred.


  • Education and Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM, PHRi) are preferred.
