As a Senior Knowledge Management Specialist, you will lead the development and implementation of knowledge management strategies that facilitate knowledge sharing and enhance organizational learning. You will be responsible for overseeing the design and maintenance of knowledge repositories, capturing critical knowledge assets, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and information accessibility.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute knowledge management frameworks and strategies to improve knowledge sharing across the organization
  • Design and maintain comprehensive knowledge management systems, ensuring they are user-friendly and up-to-date
  • Conduct assessments of existing knowledge assets and identify gaps that need to be addressed
  • Foster strong working relationships with internal stakeholders to promote knowledge sharing initiatives
  • Lead training sessions and workshops to educate staff on knowledge management tools and practices
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of knowledge management initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
  • Stay abreast of trends and advancements in knowledge management practices and technologies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in knowledge management or a related field
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing knowledge management strategies
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience with knowledge management software and tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and levels of the organization
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in knowledge management is preferred
