Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior HVAC Project Engineer with a minimum of 12 years of construction experience in high-rise building projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing HVAC project execution from design review to commissioning, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and UAE authority regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead HVAC project planning, execution, and delivery from design stage to final handover.
• Review and approve HVAC design drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals.
• Manage installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems including:
• Chilled water systems
• VRF / VRV systems
• DX systems
• AHU, FCU, chillers, cooling towers, and pump systems
• Ducting, insulation, and ventilation systems
• Prepare project schedules, manpower plans, and technical documentation.
• Perform load calculations, equipment sizing, and system optimization.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, MEP teams, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress, cost control, and quality assurance.
• Conduct technical evaluations and value engineering studies.
• Lead testing and commissioning activities and ensure system performance.
• Handle authority inspections and approvals including:
• Dubai Civil Defence
• DEWA
• SEWA

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 12 years of HVAC project engineering experience in high-rise construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC design, execution, and commissioning.
• UAE/GCC project experience is highly preferred.
• Expertise in chilled water, VRF, and DX systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and HVAC engineering software.
• Strong knowledge of international standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage large teams and multiple project activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
