Job Overview:
The Senior IMC Planner will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies and plans. This role requires a balance of creative thinking and analytical skills to deliver impactful campaigns that resonate with target audiences and achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities:

Develop IMC strategies and plans based on client objectives, market research, and competitive analysis across all channels (digital, traditional, PR, events, etc.) for a leading CPG brand

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution across all channels

Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, providing recommendations for optimization

Conduct market and audience research to inform planning decisions

Prepare detailed campaign presentations and reports for internal and client meetings

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging media channels, and innovative marketing tactics

Support the Account Lead in managing client relationships and delivering value
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline
Experience:

4–6 years of experience in marketing communications planning or a similar role
Skills and Competencies:

Proven track record of successfully leading campaigns for mid to large-scale brands
