Job Summary:
The Senior Manager Marketing (Real Estate) will be responsible for leading the marketing strategy, brand development, and execution of campaigns to promote the company’s real estate projects. The role demands strong leadership in real estate marketing, expertise in digital and traditional channels, and proven ability to generate leads and support sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote residential, commercial, and high-rise projects.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to achieve organizational objectives.
- Plan and execute advertising, promotional campaigns, and launch events for real estate projects.
- Prepare project-wise marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective utilization.
- Conduct market research to analyze competitors, pricing trends, and customer preferences.
- Drive digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, YouTube Ads, SEO, Social Media, Influencer Marketing, etc.).
- Oversee design and execution of project brochures, billboards, digital content, and promotional material.
- Coordinate with sales teams to generate qualified leads and ensure conversion support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media agencies, advertising partners, and vendors.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze ROI, and present regular reports to senior management.
- Enhance brand visibility and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
Qualifications & Skills:
- MBA in Marketing from a reputable university.
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in Real Estate Marketing, with at least 4 years in a senior management role.
- Proven track record of successful marketing strategies for housing schemes, apartments, or high-rise/commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of real estate market dynamics, customer behavior, and property sales cycle.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, CRM tools, and MS Office.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
