Senior Infrastructure Engineer – Road

Pioneer Engineering Consultancy is pleased to announce exciting new career opportunities to join our team in the United Arab Emirates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the design review and construction of roadworks, highways, and associated infrastructure (signage, markings, lighting, and drainage).
• Review drawings, technical submittals, and method statements to ensure compliance with project requirements and authority standards.
• Oversee pavement works, material testing, and quality control to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Coordinate with utilities, traffic management teams, and other disciplines to avoid conflicts and ensure smooth execution.
• Provide technical support during construction, including resolution of site-related engineering issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Transportation Engineering.
• Minimum 20 years of experience in road design and construction supervision for major infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of pavement design, road safety standards, and geometric design principles.
• Familiarity with international standards (AASHTO, BS, DM/ADM road manuals).
• Proficiency in design and analysis software (e.g., Civil 3D, MX Road, InRoads).
