Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales & Marketing Manager to join our EdTech team. The role involves driving student acquisition, managing lead generation, executing marketing campaigns, and ensuring revenue growth.

Note:- Only candidates under 35 years will be considered. Freshers are not eligible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of inside sales executives to achieve individual and team targets
• Monitor day-to-day sales performance, track KPIs, and ensure consistent productivity
• Plan and execute strategies to improve conversion rates from leads to closures
• Analyze CRM data and sales reports to identify trends, gaps, and improvement areas
• Handle escalated customer issues and ensure resolution with a customer-first mindset
• Coordinate with marketing to align campaigns with sales objectives
• Ensure timely onboarding, training, and performance review of new team members
• Maintain updated records of sales, activity trackers, and client communication
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for management
• Contribute to process improvements, scripting, and sales automation initiatives

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate/MBA with 8–10 years’ proven experience in Inside Sales & Marketing (EdTech domain preferred).
• Strong experience in student acquisition, client engagement, and lead management.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM software, and sales reporting.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
• Age limit: Under 35 years.
• Only experienced candidates meeting the above criteria will be considered.
