Job Title: Senior Inside Sales Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Inside Sales Specialist to join our Dubai office. The role is responsible for managing the end-to-end quotation process, from receiving RFQs to submitting quotes and coordinating internally to ensure smooth order execution.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing client enquiries, sourcing products through global vendors, preparing competitive quotations, and coordinating with internal teams until project completion. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with strong sourcing and commercial evaluation skills.
Key Responsibilities
RFQ Review & Analysis
- Receive and review Requests for Quotation (RFQs) from clients.
- Carefully analyze technical specifications, part numbers, quantities, and delivery requirements.
- Identify sourcing strategy based on the enquiry requirements.
Supplier Sourcing & Vendor Coordination
- Source required products from authorized distributors, global vendors, and online supplier platforms.
- Conduct market research to identify reliable and competitive suppliers.
- Obtain multiple competitive quotations from suppliers.
- Evaluate supplier quotes based on pricing, lead time, compliance, and reliability.
Costing & Quotation Preparation
- Prepare detailed costing sheets including freight, margins, and overhead considerations.
- Compile and submit commercial quotations to clients in a timely manner.
- Ensure quotations are accurate, competitive, and compliant with client requirements.
Order Review & Acceptance
- Upon receipt of client Purchase Orders (POs), review them carefully against the submitted quotation.
- Verify pricing, specifications, quantities, and delivery terms.
- Accept and confirm orders once alignment with the quotation is verified.
Order Coordination & Monitoring
- Transfer confirmed orders to the Sales Order Processing team for procurement and execution.
- Maintain oversight on the progress of the order, including:
- Supplier order placement
- Material readiness
- Shipping and logistics
- Delivery to the client
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any issues that may arise during execution.
Invoicing & Payment Coordination
- Ensure materials are delivered as committed.
- Prepare and submit invoices to clients after delivery.
- Coordinate internally to ensure smooth payment collection processes.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain updated records of RFQs, quotations, orders, and deliveries.
- Prepare and submit weekly sales reports detailing:
- RFQs received
- Quotes submitted
- Orders won
- Pending opportunities
- Maintain organized documentation for all sales transactions.
Candidate Requirements
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in inside sales, technical sales, procurement, or quotation roles, preferably in engineering, electronics, industrial, or technical trading sectors.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills
- Strong sourcing and vendor negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze RFQs and technical specifications
- Excellent attention to detail and commercial awareness
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to manage multiple RFQs and deadlines simultaneously
