Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Installation Engineer to lead and execute installations of automation systems at client sites. The role requires hands-on experience with FANUC robotics , strong technical knowledge, and team management skills. The candidate should be ready to travel and manage a team while ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of automation systems, including FANUC robots and related equipment.
• Supervise and guide a team of junior engineers and technicians during installation projects.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and project timelines.
• Coordinate with clients, project managers, and design teams to ensure smooth installation and handover.
• Provide technical support and training to client staff as needed.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and installation manuals.
• Assist in process improvement and suggest enhancements for future installations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.
• 2–10 years of installation experience, preferably with FANUC robots.
• Strong understanding of industrial automation systems, PLCs, and mechanical/electrical integration.
• Proven ability to lead a team and manage installation projects effectively.
• Willingness to travel extensively across client sites.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
• Long-term commitment and interest in growing with Effica Automation.
