Senior Full-Stack Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

Decima International is hiring a Senior Full-Stack Marketing Specialist to support business development, brand visibility, and thought leadership through hands-on marketing execution.

This is a full-stack, execution-focused role for a candidate who can independently create content, design marketing materials, build presentations, manage digital campaigns, and support BD priorities with minimal reliance on external vendors.

This is not a strategy-only, coordination-only, or single-skill marketing role.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality B2B content including LinkedIn posts, articles, campaign copy, event announcements, and follow-up communications
• Produce presentations, marketing collateral, branded documents, and social media creatives
• Manage and grow Decima's LinkedIn presence and digital brand visibility
• Execute and optimize LinkedIn PPC, Google PPC, and other targeted digital campaigns
• Translate business development priorities into content calendars, campaign plans, and engagement strategies
• Support event promotion, speaking opportunities, and industry visibility
• Coordinate external freelancers or vendors when required, while maintaining strong in-house execution capability

Must-Have Requirements

Candidates will only be considered if they have hands-on capability in all of the below:

• Strong B2B content creation
• Strong graphic design capability
• Strong presentation design capability
• Strong PowerPoint skills
• Strong Adobe InDesign skills
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
• Experience with AI-based design/content tools
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Hands-on experience with Google PPC
• Ability to support business development through marketing
• Ability to independently execute marketing output end-to-end
• Strong English written and verbal communication
