Senior Interior Architect (Fit-out Specialist)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineer to lead our interior fit-out projects from the initial architectural partitioning stage to final handover. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical execution skills and the ability to manage sites and coordinate various systems to ensure high-quality delivery and engineering precision.

Key Responsibilities:

* Space Planning & Partitioning: Taking over existing sites and developing engineered solutions for internal layouts and functional space distribution.

* BOQ Preparation & Quantification: Preparing accurate, detailed, and itemized Bills of Quantities (BOQ) according to professional engineering standards.

* MEP Coordination: Overseeing the distribution of HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing systems, ensuring seamless integration with interior designs and décor to prevent site conflicts.

* Site Supervision & Execution: Managing full site operations, monitoring finishing quality, and resolving technical issues on-site to ensure compliance with specifications.

Requirements:

* Full proficiency in AutoCAD for technical and shop drawings (Mandatory).

* Strong proven experience in managing and executing Fit-out projects within the state of Qatar.

* Ability to price Bills of Quantities (BOQ) with solid knowledge of local market rates for materials and labor.

* Extensive knowledge of interior finishing materials, local market standards, and execution methods.

Preferred Skills:

* A strong advantage (Advantage) will be given to candidates proficient in Revit at an Advanced level for modeling and quantification.
