Senior Interior Designer

• Lead and oversee design projects from initial concept to final delivery.
• Develop creative, functional, and aesthetically appealing design concepts based on project briefs.
• Collaborate with clients, project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with requirements.
• Review, refine, and approve design deliverables, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with company standards.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior and mid-level designers.
• Conduct market research, trend analysis, and competitor benchmarking to ensure designs remain relevant and innovative.
• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, mood boards, and presentations for client approval.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers when necessary for design execution.
• Stay updated with new design tools, software, and industry practices.
