POSITION : SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Senior Interior Designer to join our dynamic team and help bring our creative visions to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the interior design process from concept through to execution for commercial, retail, and F&B fit-out projects.
• Develop creative and functional design concepts in line with client requirements, brand identity, and budget constraints.
• Produce mood boards, space plans, 3D visuals, and detailed design presentations.
• Oversee the preparation of technical drawings, joinery details, material selections, and FF&E specifications.
• Collaborate closely with clients, project managers, consultants, and site teams to ensure design integrity is maintained throughout execution.
• Attend client meetings, site visits, and coordination sessions.
• Ensure all designs comply with local regulations and health and safety standards.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to team development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in interior design, with at least 3 years in the UAE, specifically in commercial, retail, and F&B fit-out.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of successfully delivered interior projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D visualization tools (e.g., 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion).
• In-depth knowledge of materials, finishes, furnishings, and local suppliers.
• Strong communication, presentation, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with UAE building codes, municipality regulations, and authority approvals.
