Senior Interior Designer

We are currently looking to hire a Senior Interior Designer with strong experience in medium to high scale- high-end fit-out projects for VIP client .

bilingual (English must & Arabic preferred), and capable of working effectively within a large project team managed by Senior project manager. The ideal candidate shall be very presentable and able to do presentations for end-user and attend meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of three interior designers.
• Collaborate closely under the supervision of a Senior Project Manager.
• Develop creative, high-quality design concepts (2D & 3D) and detailed submissions within tight deadlines.
• Provide technical guidance on material selections and ensure alignment with the design intent and client expectations.
• Source and specify high-end fit-out materials, with a solid understanding of their price ranges and durability.
• Solve design and site-related challenges efficiently and proactively (required site follow-up and inspections for quality).
• Coordinate with multiple disciplines (architectural, MEP, procurement, etc.) to ensure design integration and execution.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 15+ years of experience in interior design, with a focus on high-end fit-out projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Bilingual – English and Arabic is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and client-facing presentation skills.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure and within short timeframes.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, furnishings, and current design trends in luxury interiors.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, and other relevant design software.

License/Certification:

• QID (Preferred)
