About the Role:

An established international design consultancy in Dubai is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to lead complex hospitality, healthcare, and commercial interior projects across multiple project stages, from concept development through to delivery.

This is a senior-level role suited to a highly organised and design-driven professional with strong leadership capability, advanced technical knowledge, and proven experience managing multidisciplinary project teams within fast-paced project environments.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving design quality, overseeing project delivery, managing client relationships, and coordinating consultants throughout all stages of design and documentation.

Strong Revit proficiency is essential, including experience leading BIM workflows, overseeing documentation quality control, and coordinating large-scale project models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead interior design projects from concept design through to delivery and IFC documentation

• Develop and present strong conceptual design solutions, mood boards, material palettes, and client presentations

• Oversee space planning, FF&E coordination, material selection, and technical detailing across projects

• Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders

• Lead project meetings, client presentations, and design coordination workshops

• Oversee BIM coordination, Revit workflows, and quality control of drawing/documentation packages

• Ensure projects are delivered in line with programme, budget, technical standards, and client expectations

• Review technical drawings, detailing packages, and project documentation to maintain design quality and accuracy

• Coordinate project delivery through all stages, including authority requirements, technical coordination, and site support

• Mentor and support junior team members while contributing to a collaborative studio environment

• Maintain strong commercial awareness and contribute to overall project performance and delivery strategy

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience across hospitality, healthcare, commercial, or large-scale interior projects

• Proven experience leading projects from concept through delivery

• Strong conceptual design, technical detailing, and project coordination capability

• Advanced Revit proficiency with BIM coordination experience essential

• Strong understanding of construction methods, technical documentation, and project delivery workflows

• Experience managing client relationships and multidisciplinary consultant teams

• Ability to lead, mentor, and manage junior designers and wider project teams

• Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills

• Degree qualification in Interior Design or Architecture

• Previous GCC/UAE project experience preferred
