Senior Interior Designer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

▪ Lead interior design development for assigned projects: space planning, finish selections, furniture programming, and signage/wayfinding

▪ Produce interior construction documents including reflected ceiling plans, interior elevations, millwork details, and finish schedules

▪ Apply evidence-based design (EBD) principles in healthcare settings; demonstrate familiarity with FGI Guidelines for finish and material selection

▪ Select and specify FF&E; manage finish library, product research, and vendor relationships

▪ Prepare and present design concepts to clients; facilitate finish selection meetings and mock-up reviews

▪ Coordinate interior design scope with architectural and MEP documentation to resolve conflicts

▪ Conduct site visits during construction to review finishes, millwork, and FF&E installation

▪ Mentor Interior Designers; review work product and ensure consistency with project standards

QUALIFICATIONS

▪ NCIDQ certification required

▪ 7+ years of interior design experience with at least 2 years in healthcare or institutional settings

▪ Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite; experience with SketchUp or 3ds Max a plus

▪ Strong knowledge of applicable codes: IBC occupancy and egress, ADA/ABA, and FGI Guidelines

▪ Excellent client-facing presentation and communication skills

▪ Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple finish packages and FF&E specifications concurrently

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
