Nvironment is an Architecture/Design firm specializing in Restaurant, Hospitality and Retail projects across the country. We are searching for dynamic people to join our group of creatives and become an integral part of our support system. Our offices are in Historic Downtown Delaware located in The Miller Bldg.

What we’re Seeking -- Architectural Designer
We are seeking a technically savvy problem-solving individual to be a long-term fit for our growing and collaborative practice. Candidates should have experience supporting projects via individual effort or as a part of a team from design development through construction documentation. An ideal candidate will possess the essential characteristics described above along with technical abilities and experience itemized below.
Minimum Qualifications
· Bachelor of Science Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
· 10 years of experience in production with a firm specializing in Food Service or related fields
· Knowledge of commercial furniture and fixtures and ability to specify/document
· Understanding construction and finish materials application, detailing and specifying for appropriate use
· Understanding of brand and landlord guidelines/project requirements and how to apply/document
· Ability to complete layouts, renderings, design language and material boards and fully communicate design intent to internal/external clients
· Proficiency utilizing Revit, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Cloud and other business software
· Knowledge of architectural design process from concept through construction completion
· Ability to participate actively in all components of construction documentation
· Understanding of engineering (structural, MEP) disciplines and coordination required for documentation
· Basic understanding of Food Service equipment and requirements (desired)
