Senior Interior Designer – Luxury Hotels, Dubai

Join a global hospitality design leader’s Dubai studio as a Senior Interior Designer and take the creative lead on luxury hotel projects across the Middle East and beyond. This role is ideal for a designer who lives and breathes hotels, combines strong FF&E knowledge with powerful concept thinking, and wants to own the guest experience from lobby arrival to suite details.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading 5-star hotel interiors from initial story, mood boards, and space planning through to on-site delivery.
• Driving concept and schematic design, presenting to owners, operators, and senior stakeholders with confidence.
• Owning FF&E direction: crafting palettes, selecting and specifying furniture, lighting, and finishes that elevate the brand and guest journey.
• Coordinating with architects, operators, and consultants to protect design intent and resolve details during design and construction.
• Guiding and mentoring mid-weight and junior designers within a busy, international studio.

What you’ll need

• At least 7–10 years of experience in interior design, with a portfolio focused on built or on-site hotel projects.
• Proven track record working on 4–5 star or lifestyle hospitality schemes in the Middle East or other international markets.
• Strong FF&E capability (concept, selection, specification and coordination), while remaining a holistic interior designer rather than a pure FF&E specialist.
• Confident client-facing skills, strong presentation and storytelling ability, and solid command of tools such as AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite.
