Senior Interior Designer – Luxury Residential & Hospitality

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead and deliver high-end interior design projects within the luxury residential and hospitality sectors.

This role requires a design-focused professional, not a Project Manager or Site Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be a Lead Interior Designer capable of managing the entire design process from concept to completion, while guiding design teams and ensuring exceptional quality aligned with luxury hospitality standards.

Project Exposure

The role involves working on high-profile international projects , including:

• VVIP Royal Palaces
• Luxury private residences
• High-end hotels and resorts operated by global hospitality brands

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of professional experience within established interior design firms or consultancy offices
• Proven experience delivering international luxury residential and hospitality projects
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-end design standards
• Ability to independently lead the full design process from concept to detailed design stages
• Strong experience with luxury materials, finishes, and international design trends
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full interior design workflow from concept through design development
• Develop design concepts, spatial planning, and zoning aligned with project briefs and brand standards
• Deliver high-quality luxury design packages
• Oversee and guide 3D visualization teams , ensuring outputs align with design intent
• Manage FF&E selection, specification, and coordination
• Ensure design excellence, creativity, and technical accuracy across all project deliverables
• Supervise and mentor junior designers , maintaining consistency in design quality
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain project alignment

Skills & Competencies

• Strong design leadership and decision-making
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to guide design teams and maintain high-quality standards
• Strong understanding of luxury hospitality design expectations

Software & Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD
• Strong working knowledge of 3D coordination workflows (3ds Max, SketchUp, or similar)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop)
• Solid understanding of construction drawings and detailing

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• Master’s degree is an advantage
