Senior Interior Designer - WestEast Living

We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Interior Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a passion for modern, minimalistic design, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects with precision. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and present compelling design concepts based on client requirements and preferences.
• Create authority submission drawings, shop drawings, and detailed 3D renderings using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Lumion, and Photoshop.
• Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and material specifications.
• Source and select materials, finishes, furnishings, and accessories to support the design vision.
• Conduct client presentations, including mood boards, sample boards, and digital presentations.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring all targets are met.
• Coordinate closely with architects, contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct site visits to monitor work progress and ensure design integrity.
• Supervise the installation of design elements, maintaining quality and attention to detail.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, materials, and innovations in interior design.
• Assist with project proposals, client documentation, and contracts when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Graphic Design, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in interior design and 3D visualization
• Expertise in creating photorealistic 3D renders and video walkthroughs
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-end residential and/or commercial projects in a modern, minimalistic style
• Excellent skills in layout planning, concept development, and detailed technical drawings
• Proficiency with design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, and Photoshop
• Fluent in English (German language skills are a strong advantage)
• Valid UAE driving license and own car
• Valid UAE visa (sponsorship possible after successful probation period)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
