Senior International Sales Executive – Twitch/Discord

Location: North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi
Shift: Night (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM)

About the Role
Globo Tech Solutions is looking for a Senior International Sales Executive to drive our sales strategy across global creative verticals, including UGC content, 2D animation, Twitch overlays, motion graphics, and brand design. This role focuses on lead generation and deal closure via Discord, Twitch, Twitter, and Meta.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a high-performing outbound sales funnel targeting creators, streamers, and gaming communities.
• Lead prospecting and relationship-building on Discord servers, Twitter DMs, and Twitch networks.
• Oversee client calls, negotiations, and deal closures for content & design projects.
• Mentor junior sales reps and help scale outreach systems.
• Analyze sales engagement data and optimize messaging strategies for maximum conversion.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in international sales / lead generation (Discord, Twitch preferred).
• Strong understanding of creator monetization, influencer sales, and visual content marketing.
• Experience with CRM reporting and sales pipeline management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client-handling skills.
• Prior experience in the design, creative, or digital services industry is a plus.
