Senior International Sales/Upsell Executive (Web Design & UI/UX Projects)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a high-performing International Sales Executive who can manage incoming leads, close design and web development projects, and gather technical requirements from international clients.

The ideal candidate must be confident in handling multiple clients simultaneously, conducting live voice/video calls, and converting simple design inquiries into high-value projects such as Web Development, UI/UX Design, and Branding packages.

This role requires someone who can work in a fast-paced environment, respond quickly to leads, and coordinate effectively with the design and development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle multiple incoming leads simultaneously with quick and professional responses.
• Conduct discovery calls (voice/video) with international clients to understand project requirements.
• Convert simple inquiries (such as logo requests) into larger design or web development projects.
• Upsell services include Website Design, UI/UX (Figma), Branding, and Graphic Design.
• Gather detailed technical and creative project requirements from clients.
• Coordinate with the design and development teams to ensure accurate project execution.
• Maintain professional communication with clients on platforms such as Fiverr and direct channels.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in selling Web Design, UI/UX, or Graphic Design services.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple conversations at the same time.
• Comfortable conducting voice and video calls with international clients.
• Experience handling leads from Fiverr or international freelancing platforms.
• Good understanding of website projects, Figma UI/UX workflows, and branding processes.
• Fast typing speed and strong multitasking ability.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in international client communication.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design process and website development workflow.
• Ability to identify upselling opportunities in client projects.

Important Note (Do Not Apply If):

• Your experience is only in E-books or Dropshipping/E-commerce products.
• You are not comfortable with live voice or video calls with clients.
• You cannot work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking sales environment.
