Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Inventory / Credit Control Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in hospitality and F&B operations, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to maintain accurate inventory records while ensuring effective credit control processes.

Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Management

• Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly inventory counts across all outlets.
• Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, wastages, and shortages.
• Ensure accurate posting of goods received, transfers, returns, and stock adjustments.
• Coordinate closely with procurement, stores, and kitchen teams to optimize stock usage.
• Analyze inventory variances and submit reports with corrective recommendations.
• Implement and maintain strong internal controls for inventory handling.

Credit Control

• Manage customer credit accounts, limits, and payment terms.
• Follow up with clients for outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
• Reconcile customer statements and resolve billing disputes.
• Monitor credit risks and prepare aging reports.
• Maintain updated records of invoices, receipts, and collections.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in inventory and credit control within the Hospitality or F&B sector.
• Strong understanding of POS systems, ERP software (e.g., Oracle, SAP, FMC, OMEGA), and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations (preferred).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
