Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analysis the requirements for the development of the applications.
  • Manage the relation between the IT application and all other departments (Main stakeholders)
  • Train, guide and transfer the knowledge among the teams.
  • Ensure that the department’s requirements are delivered.
  • Create all supporting Documents in the analysis area such as BRD, Workflow, sequence Diagram, Etc.
  • Assist in selecting tools and packages for analysis.
  • Setup and maintain documentation and standards.
  • Participate to build the IT Application Plan.
  • Evaluate applications features and products related.
  • Guide the Key User and stakeholders to get the proper Solutions in the applications.
  • Building the required Dashboard and reports to monitor and improve the performance of IT application analysis Area.
  • Transfer the knowledge to the employees.


Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's in IT or related field.
  • At least 4 years’ experience
  • Good understanding of the Oracle product
  • Excellent knowledge of building application analysis documents
  • Good knowledge of building reports
  • Sound knowledge of the implemented application systems.
  • Excellent skills in data analysis
  • Should have the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
  • Should have sound communication skills with management, development teams, vendors, and systems administrators
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Supervisory Skills.
  • Problem-solving Skills.
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
  • Teamwork skills.
  • Proficient command of English.
