Senior IT Officer

Overall Purpose

Oversee IT systems operations, ensure efficiency and security, provide technical support to users, and contribute to the development and implementation of IT projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT systems and networks.

• Monitor information security and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for users.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of new IT projects.

• Prepare technical reports and submit recommendations to management.

• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure business continuity.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

• Minimum 4–6 years of professional experience in IT.

• Strong knowledge of networks, operating systems, and information security.
