Senior IT Officer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior IT Officer to oversee and maintain our organization's IT infrastructure and ERP systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing servers, networks, and end-user devices, with strong troubleshooting capabilities across all technical domains. Familiarity with ERP platforms and website design is a valuable asset.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, network systems, and storage solutions
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability of IT services
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls across platforms
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols and data protection measures
• Support ERP system deployment, configuration, and ongoing maintenance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ERP integration with business processes
• Train and support end-users on ERP functionalities and best practices
• Maintain documentation of systems, procedures, and configurations
• Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of the company website (WordPress or similar platforms)
• Participate in IT strategy planning and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure and technical support
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux server environments, networking (LAN/WAN), firewalls, and VPNs
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
• Proficiency in troubleshooting PCs, printers, and other peripherals
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and virtualization technologies
• Experience with website design tools and CMS platforms (WordPress, Joomla, etc.) is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, or ERP-specific credentials are preferred
