Senior IT Operations Manager

About the Role:
At TaskPro Business Services, we deliver high-performance business and IT support solutions across enterprise environments in Bahrain and the GCC. We are seeking a Senior IT Operations Manager (m/f/d) who can take full ownership of IT infrastructure, operational stability, and service delivery excellence. This role is not just about maintaining systems—it is about building scalable, secure, and efficient technology operations that support business growth. You will lead IT support functions, coordinate with vendors, and ensure seamless digital operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• IT Operations Management: Oversee daily IT infrastructure, systems uptime, and service desk performance.
• Infrastructure Oversight: Manage servers, networks, cloud systems, and internal IT assets.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure IT policies, cybersecurity standards, and compliance frameworks are followed.
• Vendor Coordination: Manage external IT service providers and technology partners
• Process Optimization: Improve IT workflows, automation, and incident response systems.
• Team Leadership: Guide IT support staff and ensure high service delivery standards.
• Business Support: Align IT systems with operational and business requirements.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: 7+ years in IT operations, with at least 2–3 years in a senior or managerial role.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of networks, cloud systems, ITIL processes, and enterprise infrastructure.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate cross-functional IT operations.
• Problem Solving: Ability to handle critical incidents and maintain operational stability under pressure.
• Communication: Strong English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
• Mindset: Structured, proactive, and focused on operational excellence.

Pay: BD2,000.000 - BD3,000.000 per month
