We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Senior IT Project Manager who will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder requirements. This role requires strong leadership, project governance, and cross-functional coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management & Execution

· Lead end-to-end IT project lifecycle from initiation to closure.

· Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

· Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and risks.

· Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (Agile/PMI/Prince2).

Stakeholder & Team Coordination

· Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders.

· Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams.

· Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to project teams.

Governance, Quality & Reporting

· Conduct project risk assessments and implement mitigation plans.

· Track KPIs and ensure quality standards are met.

· Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and executive updates.

Vendor & Contract Management

· Manage third-party vendors and consultants.

· Oversee contract negotiations and performance.

Qualifications & Experience

· Bachelor’s or Master’s in IT, Computer Science, Project Management, or related field.

· 7+ years of IT project management experience.

· PMP/Prince2/Agile certification preferred.

· Proven leadership of large-scale, multi-stakeholder IT projects.

Skills

· Strong planning and problem-solving.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

· Expertise in project management tools (MS Project / Jira / Trello).

· Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.

Required Certifications:

· PMP – Project Management Professional

· PMI-ACP – Agile Certified Practitioner
