MANAGER (SAP)

We are looking for a highly skilled and result-driven MANAGER (SAP) to lead our digital transformation through SAP systems. The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and successful integration of SAP modules across departments to enhance operational efficiency and data management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience 5+ years in SAP implementation or management roles.
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules (FI, MM, SD, PP, HR, etc.).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end SAP implementation, customization, and optimization projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and project budgets to ensure smooth execution.
• Provide technical guidance, training, and support to SAP users across departments.
• Identify areas for process improvement and ensure best practices are followed.
• Coordinate with external consultants and vendors for SAP system enhancements.
• Monitor post-implementation performance and troubleshoot system issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs300,000.00 - Rs500,000.00 per month
