Roles & Responsibilities:
As a Senior IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes and ensuring the right talent is hired to meet organizational goals. Your responsibilities will include:
- Understanding client and project requirements to identify suitable IT talent.
- Managing the complete recruitment cycle – from sourcing, screening, and shortlisting to coordinating interviews and final selections.
- Utilizing multiple hiring channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking to source top candidates.
- Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Negotiating salary offers and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- Coordinating with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and align recruitment strategies.
- Maintaining accurate records of recruitment activities and reports.
- Staying updated with the latest trends in IT recruitment and market practices.
- Supporting employer branding initiatives to attract top IT talent.
