POSITION: INTERN – SENIOR IT SPECIALIST

JOB SUMMARY

Al Haadi Mobilya is seeking a technically strong and responsible Intern – Senior IT Specialist to support and enhance the company’s IT infrastructure. This role is ideal for an advanced IT student or recent graduate with hands-on technical knowledge who is ready to take ownership of systems support, troubleshooting, and IT process improvements, with potential for long-term employment based on performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Assist in managing and maintaining company IT systems, servers, and network infrastructure
• Troubleshoot system errors, connectivity issues, and user complaints
• Support data backup, system security, and access control procedures
• Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, and related equipment
• Monitor system performance and report issues to management
• Maintain IT documentation, inventories, and system logs
• Support implementation of new software, systems, and digital tools
• Ensure IT policies and data confidentiality standards are followed

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, networking, and troubleshooting
• Basic understanding of servers, databases, and system security
• Familiarity with Windows OS, MS Office, and common business software
• Ability to work independently and handle technical responsibilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
