Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Senior IT Support Engineer to manage and maintain our client’s IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, wireless systems, helpdesk operations and end-user support. The candidate will ensure high system availability, strong security standards and efficient IT service delivery across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee helpdesk operations using ticketing systems such as Jira etc.
• Administer Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, backups and virtualization platforms.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting for hardware, software and network-related issues.
• Ensure endpoint security, regular updates and data protection compliance.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and technical documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in IT support.
• Experience with helpdesk/ticketing systems.
• Relevant certifications (CCNA, MCSA, Security+) are an advantage.
