Role Description:
We are an IT company that provides 24 x 7 IT helpdesk support to customers in USA. This is an exciting full-time role for a Senior / Information Technology Support NOC Executive for office based position in our Karachi Office. Candidates from other cities like Islamabad, Lahore etc. where high speed Internet is available, backup UPS is available, could also send their CVs for our consideration to hire additional resources in other cities. These are existing positions where you get exposure to US Standards of working, while working with US clients, so, your learning would be great as we deploy World-class support processes along with attractive salary with lots of other perks.

- This is a roster based job, where staff could have shift starting from 7AM or 3PM or 10PM EST -USA times where once shift is set, it goes for months. If you required, later it could be swapped with another executive, if he agrees. Candidates looking for one specific time of the shift only, should NOT apply.
- We work 6 days a week, with one day off, 8.5 hours a day.

Qualifications
- Minimum Education is Bachelors in Computer Science/IT or relevant IT field.
- Minimum 5 to 8 years’ to maximum 14 years’ verifiable experience in Information Technology and System Administration is required.
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills required will be minimum Level 2. If you possess Level 3 capabilities it is also good.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to details, excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
- Good knowledge of MS Windows Systems, MS outlook, Active Directory, Servers- Desktop, WAN/LAN, Firewalls, switches, routers, access points, and support ticket handling.
- Working in a contact center would be an added advantage.
- Please mention if you ever worked on any support ticketing system, and if yes, then what was its name.
- Experience on MS Word and a little bit of MS Excel is also required.
- Experience in supporting Cisco and Fortinet Firewall is nice to have.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional), CCNA are a plus.
Who Should NOT Apply:

Requirements:
The Senior/Information Technology Support Executive will be responsible for providing Level 1 and Level 2 technical support, resolving basic to mid-level IT issues related to Windows, Servers, PCs, Wireless, Network management, firewalls etc.; thus managing system administration tasks. The candidate will be expected to work open Trouble Tickets, troubleshoot the hardware and software issues, solve the problem and close the tickets.
- Staff applying from big cities like Islamabad, Lahore, Rawalpindi, should have their own laptops, backup UPS System and High Speed Internet at home.
- Karachi Based Staff will be provided everything in our office.
- For Karachi hiring, those candidates will be preferred who are living in Karachi and their families are also living in Karachi so they can easily take care of the families and focus on job also.
- Candidates readily available to join immediately should mention that on first page of CV on the top.
- Age should not be above 40.
- Previous employers and all content and knowledge mentioned in the CV should be authentic and verifiable.
Compensation Includes:
- Yearly Holidays: 3 Days holiday on Eid ul Fitre, 3 days holiday on Eid ul Adha, plus 7 others.
