Senior IT Technical Specialist

Job Title: Senior IT Technical Specialist
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Location: Lake Forest, IL 60045

1st Shift: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and support EDI (X12 & EDIFACT) transactions including 850, 856, etc.
• Configure integrations across SAP, Seeburger, BizManager, and other enterprise systems.
• Support supply chain ERP, warehouse, and order fulfillment workflows.
• Troubleshoot EDI/interface issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Assist with web/mobile application support and manage escalations.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Hands-on EDI implementation and SAP integration experience.
• Experience with supply chain/warehouse ERP systems.
• Knowledge of EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT).
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $46.00 - $49.69 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
