We are three owners running a high-volume Kitchen & Bath showroom in Levittown. Currently, we are generating $200K–$250K per month in 100% ORGANIC walk-in revenue. We are officially at capacity and over-leveraged.

We aren't looking for an employee; we are looking for two closers to take over this existing book of business so we can pour fuel on the fire. We are currently injecting thousands into new advertising—the lead flow is about to explode, and we need the right people to catch it.

THE MONEY: The "Retroactive 10%"
We don't cap your income, and we don't play games with percentages.

Tier 1: 5% on volume up to $125k.

Tier 2: 10% on everything above $125k.

THE POWER TIER: Cross $200k in monthly sales and your commission flips to 10% on the ENTIRE month. The Math: Sell $250k (our current average owner volume) → You take home a $25,000 check for that month.

THE OPPORTUNITY
Inherit the Momentum: You aren't building a territory. You are stepping into a warm, high-traffic showroom from Day 1.

Focus on the Sale: We sell high-quality, all-wood RTA (Assembled), Custom American-made cabinetry, Tile (MSI/Merola), and LVP.

Pure Supply Model: We do NOT do cabinet installations. We sell the product, we sub out the countertops, and we keep you out of the "installation headache" so you can stay on the floor and close.

WHO YOU ARE
You are a 20-20 Power User. If you can't design a functional, deposit-ready kitchen in your sleep, this isn't for you.

You are an Accountability Freak. You follow the "Day 1, 3, 7" follow-up rule. You keep the tracker updated. You own the deal from A to Z.

You are a Hunter-Designer. You know how to take a $15k cabinet lead and turn it into a $40k full-room package with tile, hardware, and flooring.

You are Liability-Conscious. You follow the rules: No contractor referrals, no shortcuts.

REQUIREMENTS
3+ Years of heavy-hitting Kitchen/Bath sales experience.

Verified $1M+ annual sales track record.

Saturday availability is a must (that’s when the money walks in).
