Position: Senior Lab Technician

Salary: 25000-30000

A Senior Laboratory Technician manages daily lab operations, conducts advanced tests, analyzes data, and provides guidance to junior staff. They ensure equipment maintenance, safety protocols, and high-quality research standards. Their role often involves collaborating with scientists and may include supervising others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advanced Testing & Analysis:Performing complex laboratory tests, analyzing samples, and interpreting results using established procedures and potentially developing new methods.
• Data Management & Reporting:Accurately recording all data, maintaining records, and preparing reports based on experimental findings.
• Equipment Management:Maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment, ensuring proper functionality and coordinating repairs.
• Safety & Compliance:Enforcing safety protocols, maintaining a clean and organized lab environment, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Supervision & Training:Providing guidance and mentorship to junior technicians, potentially overseeing their work, and assisting in training new staff.
• Collaboration & Communication:Working with scientists and other team members, participating in experimental design, and communicating results effectively.
• Inventory Management:Managing laboratory supplies, ordering necessary materials, and maintaining appropriate stock levels.
• Quality Control:Ensuring the quality of experiments, results, and data, potentially including conducting quality control checks and addressing any issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
