Senior Land Surveyor – High-Rise Towers

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Land Surveyor with a minimum of 7 years of professional experience in surveying works for high-rise tower projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in establishing control points, performing accurate site surveys, verifying structural alignments, and ensuring that all survey works are executed in line with design drawings and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish, maintain, and monitor survey control points for high-rise tower projects.
• Carry out precise setting out of foundations, columns, slabs, cores, and structural elements.
• Verify verticality, alignment, and levels of structural works throughout construction.
• Conduct topographic and as-built surveys, prepare survey reports and drawings.
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors to resolve discrepancies in survey data.
• Review and interpret design drawings, shop drawings, and survey requirements.
• Manage and calibrate survey instruments such as Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, and Laser Scanners.
• Supervise and guide junior surveyors and site assistants.
• Ensure survey records are properly maintained and documented.
• Liaise with the project team to ensure accurate transfer of design data to site execution.
• Adhere to project quality, accuracy, and safety standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Surveying / Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in land surveying, with at least 3–4 years on high-rise tower projects.
• Strong knowledge of surveying principles, construction tolerances, and high-rise vertical control methods.
• Proficiency in survey software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Leica Geo Office, Trimble Business Center).
• Hands-on experience with Total Stations, GPS, Auto Levels, and Digital Levels.
• Ability to prepare and interpret survey drawings and as-built documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
